Learn to knit with lifelong knitter and indie dyer Laura Regan. Laura’s instruction is easy to follow and you’ll feel confident about your foundational skills by the end of this three-hour class.

You’ll learn how to cast on and knit with opportunity to learn purling and increase and decrease. The project is simple – a dish cloth in 100% cotton. Please feel free to bring refreshments to class!

If you have never picked up a ball of yarn or if you’ve learned before and want to refresh those skills, this class will be a great experience. You’ll leave with the knowledge of how to create a useful item and with a set of skills you can use to begin knitting those holiday gifts!

We will provide you with size 7 straight bamboo knitting needles and a ball of worsted weight cotton yarn that you will take with you after class. Just show up with a sense of adventure!

Mask Policy and Wellness Precautions for this Class
UPDATED August 25, 2020

We adhere to the State of Ohio Department of Health guidelines requiring face coverings in public places. Mask-wearing during classes is required for class attendees. Our team has been wearing masks when teaching and will continue to do so.

If you are experiencing symptoms of any contagious illness (not just COVID-19), we ask that you request transfer of your class registration to a future class. We’re happy to honor rebooking for a later date.

Our Wellness Precautions: We are easily able to provide lots of distancing between students for this class, are sanitizing the space and tools between guests, and have a medical grade HEPA air filtration machine in place.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at the shop: (740) 901-3041.
